Question 1

How long can I keep the plastic moving boxes?

Accepted Answer

Every standard package includes 10 days. If you need more time, choose the 20-day option during booking for 50% of the package price.

Question 2

What is your delivery area?

Accepted Answer

Delivery and pickup are included throughout New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender Counties, NC. If either address is outside those counties, contact us and we’ll let you know whether we can accommodate the move.

Question 3

How are the boxes cleaned, and do I need to clean them before returning them?

Accepted Answer

Every box is individually inspected, professionally cleaned, and sanitized between rentals. You do not need to clean the boxes before returning them. Simply unpack your belongings, and we’ll handle the rest.

Question 4

What if a box gets damaged or lost?

Accepted Answer

Our durable moving boxes have industrial-grade shells designed for repeated use. If a box is permanently lost or destroyed, there is a $25 replacement fee per box.

Question 5

How do the boxes close, and what security ties are included?

Accepted Answer

The plastic moving boxes feature interlocking attached lids, so packing tape is not needed. Free standard zip ties are included for added lid security during transit. These are standard ties, not numbered tamper-evident seals. Wrap fragile items carefully with suitable packing materials.

Question 6

Is packing paper included with my rental?

Accepted Answer

Moving packages include packing paper at no extra cost. It arrives with your moving boxes and is useful for wrapping dishes, glassware, and other small breakables. Organization packages include plastic moving boxes and dollies only.

Question 7

What moving bags are included?

Accepted Answer

Moving packages include two 27-gallon bags for clothing and one 57-gallon bag for linens, comforters, large pillows, and other bulky soft items per 25 boxes. Both sizes are included free. Organization packages do not include moving bags.

Question 8

Can I pay when the boxes are delivered?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can pay securely online for instant confirmation, or submit a pay-at-delivery request. We’ll contact you to confirm pay-at-delivery reservations before your scheduled date.
